DiCam Strategic Solutions partners with Executive Directors and leadership teams who are done reacting to funding uncertainty and ready to build revenue that holds.
We work with mission-driven nonprofits navigating growth, transition, or complexity when the stakes are high, the margin for error is small, and guesswork is no longer an option.
Our role is straightforward: we stay to build revenue systems that work in the real world, with the teams who will own them.
Many consulting firms deliver recommendations and move on.
DiCam stays.
We design and implement revenue systems alongside your team, so strategy doesn’t live in a deck and progress doesn’t disappear when the engagement ends.
Our work is built to reduce dependence on any single funding source, align boards around real revenue responsibility, and give Executive Directors clarity they can stand behind.
We work side by side with leadership teams to build funding systems that support stability, growth, and confident decision making over time.
Our work includes:
Grounded in data and AI enabled insights, built for nonprofit sustainability
With national and Fortune 500 organizations, structured for long term value
That moves members from passive to credible door-openers
So revenue decisions don’t stall at the board level
We work as partners, not vendors. Success is measured by whether your revenue systems hold long after the engagement ends.
We give clear, direct counsel, even when it’s uncomfortable. Fit, honesty, and long term outcomes matter more than contracts.
Every system we build is designed to strengthen mission impact and financial stability not short term wins.
DiCam Strategic Solutions is led by Dianna Campbell, Founder and Chief Strategist, a nonprofit revenue strategist with more than 25 years of experience designing and implementing revenue systems for mission driven organizations.
Dianna works directly with Executive Directors and boards during periods of growth, transition, or funding risk staying close to the work to ensure systems function long after the engagement ends.
She founded DiCam to close the gap between strategy and execution, so leaders aren’t left with plans that look good on paper but fail under real-world pressure.
